Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Emily’s Heirlooms, operated by Xenia Brahm, Hamburg, Germany.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.

The contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices. No VAT is shown due to small business status according to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act).

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

Payment is available via the payment methods offered in the shop, including Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Emily’s Heirlooms until full payment has been received.

6. Product Information

All products and affirmation cards are intended for inspirational and decorative purposes only. They do not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.

7. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If the customer is a consumer within the EU, mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country of residence remain unaffected.
